Hello, my name is Evette Eickelmann, and I founded Prudent Wellness. Allow me to tell you a little about why I started PrudentWellness.com.

My Passion for Living a Healthy Lifestyle

Being fit and having good health has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember; it's as though I was wired that way for a purpose.

Although I've been a proponent of physical fitness for decades, I've been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer since 2016.

The older I get, the more thankful I am for being blessed with good health, and I want to encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.

My Reason for Wanting to Help You

The human body is a fantastic organism that can heal itself if it gets what it needs. The concept is simple, but the application is not easy.

There are some important things that nobody should ever do, and other significant things that everybody should do. However, there are trivial things that fall into the category of just because something is right for you doesn't mean that it's good for me, and vice versa. We are all individuals created with unique DNA.

Over the years, I have learned what my body needs to be able to function at a healthy level without the use of pharmaceuticals or surgeries. It's a good feeling to know the only reason I have health insurance is for its original purpose (an unforeseen accident or incident). I want you to experience this as well.

My Goal for PrudentWellness.com

The focus of PrudentWellness.com is to safely and effectively lead people to live in a manner that improves their physical, mental, and spiritual health for the present and the future.

I will be sharing my thoughts on some wellness-related areas that I believe will be a benefit to your healthy lifestyle goals. Further, I will give reviews on tools that could help you achieve those goals.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I will be more than happy to answer them.

All the best,
Evette Eickelmann
